In this special Advocates for Adult Children with Intellectual Disabilities (AACID) meeting the My Special Place board has some exciting updates and developments to share regarding their initiative to bring residential housing options to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in our community. President Kristy Sullivan, and other Board members, will present specific details about the property under consideration, including its location, proposed housing models, services, and estimated costs.
We are also pleased to welcome guest speaker Cindy McClymonds, owner of At Your Service Professional Guardians. We will meet in the Defender Room.
