Florida receives federal Medicaid matching payments to fund services provided in the iBudget Waiver program. Because there are not enough home and community-based services waiver slots to serve all eligible persons, the managing agency, Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD), maintains an iBudget Waiver Waitlist of individuals who have requested services.
The iBudget Waiver Waitlist is grouped into seven (7) prioritization categories from least to most critical. When applying for iBudget Waiver services it is important to describe your daily situation as critical as feasible.
