The Florida Arc held its monthly webinar with guest Craig Patrick, Chief investigator & political editor, at FOX 13 Tampa Bay. He is the reporter who has done a series of productions investigating the Florida Developmental Disabilities Waitlist and the many individuals with disabilities still without services. Patrick shared his background and answered questions to the 400 viewers who signed on to the Arc “Lunch and Learn” Zoom meeting. Craig also shared his contact information and invited viewers to reach out to him about their stories. He often gets his inspirations for broadcasts from viewers. AFINS reached out to Mr. Patrick to explain the many unique difficulties seniors experience when caring for an adult child with disabilities in their advanced years. We are pleased to say Craig himself called to say he would like to contact us after the election to further investigate.
